By gaining an understanding of how a business operates as well as its goals and objectives, staffing capabilities, and resources, we can formulate an approach to legal issues that will work for each client that meets the client’s needs. Familiarity with and an appreciation of the client’s business not only facilitates the development of an approach and strategy to address the legal issue or matter presented in a manner that works for the client, but minimizes the imposition on a client’s management time and promotes the resolution of matters in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
